I talked a lawyer who was ex-boss side today...
After quitting my job, I claimed my salary and overtime pay that had not been paid till that time. It's my right. At first, ex-boss was crazy, so he didn't say 'yes'.
But it's completely illegal. I complained to the administration organ about this case. ....
A couple weeks ago I received an agreement document. It was written by the lawyer.
And the content was very terrible. Because it was include a lot of recess that I didn't take....
After all, I proved that ex-boss's saying is wrong. But the document was not changed and an administrative official(?) said to me "This is very good case. So you had better sign it before he changes his mind, I think."
I can't agree that document. I'm right. But I try to decide to agree...Orz...
